For those who like to have more privacy and prefer self-catering we are offering the option to rent a furnished apartment fully equipped for this purpose. We distinguish two alternatives:

• Apartments: more than one room besides the bathroom sometimes in Aparthotels including breakfast and other services like daily cleaning service
• Studios: more economic, one room plus bathroom, normally don´t provide breakfast and cleaning is one a week
  

Aparthotel

Separated sleeping room (in case of 3 or 4 persons there are two sleeping rooms), living room, Kitchen, Bathroom. Details about the room sizes and shapes you can find on the Webpage (http://www.temporent.cl).

Kitchen with oven. Telephone, Cable TV,

Service:

Breakfast and daily cleaning service, sheets and towels are included and changed every week. Free Internet access in the building

Location:

The Aparthotel is located in the commercial part of Providencia, 20 minutes from the school using underground.

Studios

We offer one room studios near the school in the districts of Recoleta, Providencia and Santiago. More details about them on the respective pages for these Studios.
